Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Zen Den Worthing
I understand that life happens — unexpected events, illness, or schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. While I reserve the right to adjust appointments if needed, my priority is always to offer an exceptional and reliable service to every client.
To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply:
Client Cancellations or No-Shows
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
I understand that genuine emergencies and illness can occur. If you're feeling unwell or have an unavoidable emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally first thing in the morning. In these cases, I may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion.
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee, or contact me directly, via phone, Facebook, or Instagram to rearrange.
Cancellations by Zen Den Worthing
In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. I am not liable for any costs you may incur due to a change or cancellation on my end.
